ZuraDocs provides a suite of online PDF processing tools, including but not limited to: merging, splitting, compressing, converting, editing, protecting, unlocking, watermarking, rotating, signing, and AI-assisted document analysis. These tools are available both as free services and through paid subscription plans ("Pro Plans").
We strive to maintain high availability and accuracy across all tools. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime, error-free operation, or that results will meet your specific requirements in every case. The Services are provided on a best-effort basis.

You retain full ownership and copyright of all files you upload to ZuraDocs. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your documents, images, or other content processed through our tools.
All content on the Website itself — including text, graphics, logos, icons, code, and design — is the intellectual property of ZuraDocs and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Website content without prior written permission.
Files uploaded to ZuraDocs are processed on our secure servers. Uploaded files are automatically and permanently deleted within one (1) hour of processing. We do not access, read, or analyze the contents of your files for any purpose other than performing the requested operation.
We use 256-bit TLS encryption for all file transfers to ensure data security during upload and download. However, you acknowledge that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZURADOCS AND ITS OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to ZuraDocs, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZuraDocs and its operators from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
